Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BetterScore("we", "us") governing your use of betterscore.liveand any related services (the "Service"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) and legally allowed to bet on sports where you live. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes. Sports betting is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law in your location. We do not solicit users in jurisdictions where this service would be illegal.

All predictions, tips, analysis and statistics on BetterScore are subjective opinions published for entertainment. We are not a regulated bookmaker, financial adviser or licensed tipster service in your jurisdiction.

You alone are responsible for any bet you place. We make no representation or warranty that any tip will win, that historical win rates will continue, or that any return on any wager is achievable. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Do not bet money you cannot afford to lose.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period.

• Plans and prices are shown on the /vip page. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• EU/UK consumers: you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-services contract within 14 days of purchase. By starting to access VIP content during this period you agree to lose the right of withdrawal for that initial period — this is required by EU Article 16(m). Subsequent renewals are not covered by the 14-day right.
• Refunds outside the statutory withdrawal window are at our discretion.

Some outbound links on BetterScore go to third-party sportsbooks. If you sign up and deposit through one of these links we may receive a commission. The price you pay or the odds you receive are not affected. We do not endorse any bookmaker; check their terms, licensing and your local law before using them.

You agree not to:

• Resell, scrape, redistribute or republish our predictions or VIP content.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service to launder funds, evade taxes, or violate any law.
• Submit false data, abusive content, or content infringing third-party rights.
• Interfere with other users or with the operation of the Service.

All content on BetterScore — including text, analysis, statistics, graphics and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and read it for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant uninterrupted service, accuracy of any data, or compatibility with any device. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or losses arising from gambling activity carried out by you or on your behalf. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g. death, personal injury, or fraud).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if required by law. You may close your account at any time. Sections 3, 8–11 and 13–14 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Service is the version that applies. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except that consumers retain whatever rights to bring a claim in their own country's courts that their local law gives them.
